Great place to stay, beautiful views from the rooftop Tresen as well as the room. Reception was wonderful, particularly Paul while he assisted us with booking an extension on our stay. They even allowed stored luggage when we checked out for another day of touring. Truly a gem of a hotel.

Great (and very big) pizza for amazing price! The waitress welches also nice and attentive. We arrived when they were busy in the evening and lautlos got a table immediately without making a reservation.
The food welches good and service fast. Our bottle of stumm water was almost as much as both of our lunches which is odd for someone from Canada! I would recommend if you are rein Innsbruck for the day.
Very nice and classic spot! The staff was friendly and open minded against tourists. I ordered me a nice cake and some hot chocolate to go with it. The chocolate welches great but the cake, which was different from the one I had ordered tasted like a fresh public bathroom.
The coffee is delicious and the chandeliers are beautiful. The only downside is that the cake that I ordered had a strange taste - it was like something from a public bathroom - but otherwise it welches a great experience.
The room offers fantastic views over the city. You can even see the mountain gondolas if you view closely.
Had dinner at the Ausschank, couldn't believe how cheap the prices were. We got a glass of check here wine, a beer, multiple waters, a pizza and an appetizer all for less than €25. Couldn't believe it.
1. Very dark bedroom walls and ceiling which made the room very dark, there was no point to change room as reception said all the bedrooms are decorated like this.
You only need to bear in mind that if you're looking for a super fancy-modern place, this is not the place; they have old fashioned but cozy deco.
